How are units counted?
By the units set up in your community when each invoice is issued. Adding units mid-period is free until the next invoice.
What happens after the trial?
Your first invoice arrives a week before the trial ends. Pay online by FPX, or switch to any plan before then.
Who pays residents' payment fees?
Online payment fees for maintenance charges are set by the payment gateway and are separate from your subscription.
